This is the fourth time I've been to this place, a little corner of paradise. The staff is very nice and helpful. It's very clean and well maintained. A small grocery store two minutes walk from the restaurants next door down on the beach 5 minutes walk away. A beach bar for evenings with friends. It's nice and safe as a place to vacation. I recommend this beautiful neighborhood in Costambar in Puerto Plata, ah yes there are a lot of Quebecers
